Mexican lace agate cab ~
Here is a fascinating cabochon cut from grand old stock Mexican lace agate. This particular species is sometimes called zebra lace agate. This unusual snow white beauty features intricate fortification patterning in monotones, quite like a black and white photo; the lack of color means it'll go wonderfully with ANYthing, opening up a world of design possibilities! One side has a display of sagenite, and toward the large end is a pool of water clear quartz with a hint of sparkle. The stone is cut with a very high rounded dome of 7+mm, and a smooth gleaming polish both front and back.
