Ocean jasper cab ~
Here is large cabochon of really festive ocean jasper, from Madagascar. This distinguished stone is a real eye catcher, with plenty of variety in the pattern department. So much so, I'm going to let the pictures do the talking here. It's nearly all agate so it is nicely translucent too, as illustrated by the backlit photo. With such a delicious combination of colors and patterns, it's a beauty that's virtually impossible to ignore, and will be smashing in even the plainest of settings. This substantial stone has a very high rounded dome of 7mm, a long, crisp designer 'diamond' shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
