Tiger iron cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Australian tigeriron. This interesting stone has patches of chatoyant tigereye, each seemingly oriented in a different direction, with many ribbons of dark silvery metallic hematite separating them. There's only a few streaks of jasper in this one, in muted orange and red. The stone has crisp designer shape, a nicely rounded dome of a hair less than 6mm, and it is polished both front and back.
