Regency rose plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a classically gorgeous cabochon of regency rose plume agate, from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This one was cut from some old stock I 'found' at the Quartzite shows long ago, but only recently unpacked. This colorful beauty is the real deal, with plumes of deep rose, pink, yellow and cream, contrasting strongly against a background of translucent golden butterscotch agate. There's some dark rusty plumes inside the stone too, and some tiny sprinkles of marcasite, mostly on the back. This treasure will be a joy to design with, no matter how plain or fancy the setting! The cab has a low rounded dome of about 4mm, a crisply curvy designer 'shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
