Tiger iron cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Australian tigeriron. This striking stone shows amazingly brilliant golden chatoyance, chatoyant tigereye, outlined with many ribbons of dark silvery metallic hematite separating the patches of tigereye. There isn't any jasper in this example, but you won't miss it; believe me, this one's a real keeper! It has a crisp designer shape, a nicely rounded dome of 6mm, and it is polished both front and back.
