Apache chrysocolla cab ~
Offered here is a designer cab of top notch Apache chrysocolla, from Mexico. I brought this home in the rough from the Quartzite shows a few years ago, but left it packed away until recently; when that first slice came out of the saw, I was sorry to have waited so long to cut it! WOW, huh? This stone has a truly striking pattern that includes brilliant turquoise blues and greens, sky blue, and bright red cuprite in an almost brecciated pattern. In my own jewelry, such bright and colorful chrysocollas just about fly out the door, so I encourage you to try some yourself. Surely you can find the perfect way to feature this attractive stone in your own creations. The cab has a high rounded dome, a neat curvy shape, polished both front and back.
